It will take 12 to 18 months to slowly see inventory levels get back to normal as long there are no more Government Shutdowns. Once the foreclosure market kicks in & foreclosure inventory levels start to rise you will see the traditional market take a hit, traditional home values will stagnate or drop until the spike is over, possibly 12 to 24 months months after the spike is over. We may have to potentally deal with another bubble. Other factors will change the market as well, inflation & ecomic growth. Need jobs back in America.
